Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked a flight from Frankfurt to Calicut using Goibibo. My travel date was **th March **** and PNR number is Y*KTE. Unfortunately, I was forced to cancel my ticket because Air India suspended their service to Germany. I canceled this ticket on **th March ****. After several reminders, Goibibo initiated my refund process on **st March ****. However Goibibo started the process, they did not mention the full refund according to their email. As per this email dated on **th April ****, I will get only INR ***** which will be credited to Goibibo Cash+, not to my bank account which was used for buying these tickets. Unfortunately, Airline Penalty of INR ***** and non-refundable charges like meal, seat, baggage etc of INR ****.* were deducted from this refund. I lost this much money not because of my mistake but due to cancellation of service by Airline. When I checked with Air India, they have told that I will be eligible for a full refund, If I cancel ticket before **th March ****. Fortunately, I gave the request for cancellation of my ticket on **th March ****. Wisely Goibibo delayed this refunding process and processed on **st March **** in order to mislead Air India that I requested a refund on **st March **** so that Goibibo does not want to refund the full amount.
Now they gave INR ***** to Goibibo cash+ which I can only use for the transactions in Goibibo. So I request you to solve this issue and help me to get my money back to my bank account. Otherwise, Goibibo will do the same thing to the people again which can not be tolerated anymore.
