I had purchased a Marq *.* kg washing machine from Flipkart where I welcomed the problems. At first on the delivery day it stopped working so I had to go for replacement and later the replaced product worked for another * months now when it was not working I claimed warranty for it where Marq engineers visited my place and declared it was drum problem and would refund my money through Flipkart. And then Flipkart exicutives took away the product and assured that my refund would be done by *th of July ****. Today it is **.**.**** and I am still waiting for my refund to buy a new one. I have called more than ** times in these ** days and complained a number of times. How to trust these online shopping websites? Do they really value a customer? If so this would have never happend.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
