Date of ** Feb , I m buy new Panasonic eluga a* from flipkart , when I was receive this mobile it's not working well condition audio jack not working , so that's why I'm request to replacements , technician will comes and check and accept my request ,than date of ** Feb I receive new same mobile but right now when I receive it's generate heating so much , bettery will goes low so fast only ** mint and it's goes from **to **℅ after that it's goes in dead position so that's why I'm request for refund but this time technician check my mobile in dead position he doing something and start my mobile and take my signature for asking refund ur money but after * hours he is reject and I m seen problem with Mobile not solve it's dead anytime and heat too much now I m frustrated from flipkart please help me for refund from flipkart I receive daily *,*times calls but not proper all time giving me next date but not refund money process doing please help me
