Hi,
I have booked ticket of * people through "Happyeasygo" to travel from Lucknow to Kolkata on *th February, **** by "Indigo airlines". Due to Covid reason, only * person traveled and I had to cancel tickets for other * persons.
Indigo confirmed * passngers did not travel and refund amount is already transferred to the agent. (attached proofs)
The airline confirmed that refund is transferred to "Happyeasygo" on *th & ** April respectively. When I contacted "Happyeasygo" about the refund, I received vague answers like - All passengers flown against the PNR. Moreover INR ***/- to be charged for each passenger if cancelled and bla blabla..As per refund policy stated by Happyeasygo in their websites, No such deduction will be made on the refund amount transferred by the airline.
I want my refund. Please help me getting my hard earned money.
