- Refund Issue from Paytm Open
On ** Nov ****, i 'Firoj Nadaf' have made payment of ****/- towards purchasing of Borosl bowls. however my order was not placed at borosil and unfortunately this payment was transferred to paytm through my bank account. This payment was done at Paytm E commerce (Reference OID: ***********, UPI transaction ID: ************, Transaction date: ** Nov ****, **:**, refer attachment). I had raised query at Paytm and as per there response, i have been contacting paytm helpline number ****-****-***, but no response received on UPI helpline port even after providing Reference ID & UPI ID. Here i am requesting to refund my ****/- amount to my bank account else on PayTM wallet.
