Paytm upi - Fraud through paytm postpaid account

some of rupees **** were extra charged in paytm postpaid, so i called paytm postpaid customer care (aditya birla finance no. **********), during conversation they convinced me that the extra charge will be refunded in my paytm wallet and asked for otp, after that total amount of rupees *****/- deducted from my paytm postpaid account in two times
