Tanmoyee Bhattacharjee filed complaint against Myntra on May 28, 2019
I filed a complaint at Myntra customer care for a missing product in my parcel for which I already paid on **th May. I am calling the customer care everyday for update but they always ask me that it is processing wait for **/** hours several times. The CSR confirmed that they have received my bank details on **th but still there is no update. Even I called the customer care on **th May and they said that within ** hours there will be an update but still no update is sent to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
