Sir i had booked ticket from Ranchi to Patna on **st October from redbus.. on the day of boarding the the bus operator (pammi travel) messaged me that your journey is cancelled due to vehicle breakdown. I went to help option on redbus app but there is no one responded and my money is not refunded yet
