*th Feb - Ordered Faber Chimney
**th Feb - Wrong item(Eurodomo instead of Faber), Request Return for Replacement on same day
Mar * - Got Replacement. Again wrong item same as before. Request Return for Refund on same day
I have contacted Customer care *-* times regarding this. All of them said the issue will be resolved in next *-* days. Now it is more than * months from my first order. Still it is not resolved. Refund was rejected multiple times without even contacting me and I don't know the reason. Last time I contacted the customer care on **th May and they told the issue will be resolved on **th May and I got an sms regarding the same and on **th May I got sms the issue will be resolved in **th May only and they will get back to me before *PM. I raised an issue in Flipkart that the issue is not yet resolved(this was done multiple times before also). Today(**th May) I got an sms saying that the issue will be resolved only on **th June I understand COVID might have delayed the process but since how long??? This started a month before lockdown started. And now when things are getting ok, again it is extended by * month. Does flipkart needs HALF AN YEAR to resolve things at their end for no fault of mine?
