I took an online course from simplilearn on cloud solution architect. My course started on **th October.
I tried to ask for the refund on **th through the support channel, but the support request was not showing up for me. Soon I called to the guy who enrolled me in the course and I asked him for a refund, since support requests were not showing for me. He said he will arrange a callback.
Now I wrote in LinkedIn for the refund still no result. Some guy called me and said we will provide the refund. Now I am writing mail for the last * months still no response. They are saying you have breached the refund policy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
