What is this?
Order #***-*******-******* ---------Rs.*** refund--Rs.***.** and Rs.***.** discount .
I did not receive a discount of ***. I have paid for the whole amount and I haven't received only Rs. ***.** back.
I don't see ***.**Rs added anywhere. Where can I see this refund?
I hope you can resolve this issue. Otherwise, please file a complaint from my end and send me an acknowledgement. It has been over *months and I'd like to receive an acknowledgement of the complaint so that I can take it forward.

I had ordered a Mattress + Mattress Protector for Rs. **** on **th of August, ****.
Mattress: ****.**

I had paid with my SBI card and had **% cashback.
*. August **: Order Canceled (No refund initiated). This order got auto-canceled by Amazon and the refund was not initiated.
*. August **th: Called Amazon. Had to escalate the issue for them to acknowledge that this was an issue. When I called them, they first said that the order has been canceled and there was no refund necessary. After discussing, they agreed that there was a refund.
*. August **th: Then, I got only Rs.***.** as refund. Since then, it has been multiple replies that I've received from them.
"Your refund of Rs.***.** has been processed successfully on ****-**-**. The amount should reflect in your account by ****-**-**."
*. When I called them again for the refund of entire amount. They resent the previous email with the additional amount and asked me to go check with SBI.
"Your refund of Rs.***.** and ***.** has been processed successfully on ****-**-**. The amount should reflect in your account by ****-**-**."
*. When I contacted SBI, they asked for another reference number. And that with the same reference number, there was only one refund.
*. Then Amazon sent an email saying Rs.*** was discount. There was no such information on website or in the payment summary.
“Rs.*** refund--Rs.***.** and Rs.***.** discount”
*. I then asked them to file a complaint regarding this as this information was completely misleading. I got a reply saying this issue is resolved and there will be no complaint number.
“I understand that you would like to raise a complaint.But as this was already escalated and we have given the resolution to you regarding the issue there shall be no complaint number so that we can provide you.I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced .”
