Colive Bangalore - Refund if deposit money

Really bad to say this the worst ever pg response i had in the last * years
We have made a payment for * people in the name of Sudharshan and Deepak shravan as security deposit around * thousand in the month of November
The representative who we contacted is very bad in response we made the advance and he said currently no vacant so we decided to move other pg

In between we visited some your property’s that was not satisfied for us. some are okay to move in but there is no vacant and the agent told us he will return back the money in * days it’s almost ** days over we didn’t even get a rupee from your end

From last one month we are chasing him for return the deposit amount he is not at all worried for picking our calls and nor responding to us whenever we text he reply back am in meeting what kind of service u people are offering for people and this is what our situation in Bangalore if we pay deposit for taking a room that’s happening fast
But We could not contact any of the person to get our money back if this goes still ill file a complaint against the whole organization
At any cost we need response from your side by today evening or else we are gonna sue you people definitely
