I ordered a Sony MDR-XB*** On-Ear EXTRA BASS Headphones (Red) on vlebazzar website on the date **/**/**** by online payment ****rs. I cancelled the order as there is no update from other end regarding the product departure on **/**/****. Until now I didn't got refund and the coustomer hasn't lifting my calls anymore.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
