Ordered cell phone, they said within * days, waited for * days no upate and when called they said they are going to dispatch . Since I was moving out of station and nobody to collect asked them to cancel the order, they cancelled and said with ** hrs u will get the refund. After ** hours they updated it will take * to ** days. I patiently waited now they are not answering and replying even after several tickets and reminders. They gave a number to contact , its switched off.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
