PRAKASH Chandra Mittal filed complaint against VI on Jul 10, 2023
This is Vi company, who is not able to reach the point of decision. They didn't served me from the November month on my number ********** which is a primary number in the family pack.They are imposing the Bill's without services from November till May. When we stop paying, then every day their recovery team starts humiliation at one end. After reporting the case, they understand but unable to make decisions at all levels.
As per their recorded bill also don't show any use of my primary number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
