Tushar Dnyanoba Bhise filed complaint against Tata Sky on May 11, 2021
I ordered a Tata Sky Set up Box, they have sent me an android set box (Subscriber id - **********), but i denied to fix it and ask them to fix a regular HD set up box (Subscriber id - **********). After installation of a regular HD set up box (Subscriber id - **********), their executive has recharged on old subscriber id i.e ( **********) via Google pay (ref attacked transaction details).
After some time he realised that he has made a transaction on old and wrong id so he has registered a complaint to Tata sky for refund.
but now tata sky is not ready for refund and continuously asking me for refund from google pay.
I contacted google pay, they told me that your transaction is successful and they are not able to refund.
Please help me out of this issue and immediately refund my money to my account.
