Lido Learning - Refund from Lido for misleading

Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to above mentioned subject that I'm a Lido member from last * years. I was started lido for * years, ie. Std. * to **th. I was instructed by your agent, which name was Pratham, that lido gives his services till **th std. But from last * months my classes were interrupted and recently I know about that lido services are only till class **th. I was paid *,**,***/- for * years.
So if your services are not till **th std, then why your agent was misguide me. I want refund my money of * years excess paid amount. Also I want to complete my this year (**th std) course.
I hereby attached the bill copy of paid amount for consequences * years. I want to resume remaining classes or refund the remaining amount with compensation. Kindly find the attachment and do the needful.
