This is a very unpleasant, pathetic & traumatic experience following up on this refund process with Happy easy go

On **th Oct **** and same has been attached as pdf in refund request flight cancelled by Airlines(Lufthansa) , almost *** days passed HEG received this refund from Lufthansa Airlines . Why is HEG holding my money post refund period of ** days, i'm fed up with continuous follow ups on this.

It;s clearly mentioned under their Cancellation policies as **-** business days, then still refund is not sent after *** days. This is completely against the policies mentioned in official website Happy easy go.
*. The airline I booked has cancelled my flight, how will I get my refund?
In case, the airline has cancelled the flight, to claim refund please visit My Trips section and cancel the booking by selecting the reason as Flight was cancelled by airline. On receiving your cancellation request, HEG will cancel the ticket and process the refund amount post validation and approval from the airlines, the amount will be refunded to your account within **-** business days.
