go ibibo - Refund from Goibibo

Mansi Jain filed complaint against go ibibo on Aug 4, 2020

I am not able to contact Goibibo people as they are not about to reach, they have one software names "'GIA"' which knows only limited language, in which it is not able to understand my issue.

Only my issue is that I want refund of booking it was cancelled due to covid reasons, received call from resort a day before, as resort will be shut down due to governement rules, I called them for refund they told to contact Goibibo for refund, but Go ibibo is not having any directly facility to connect with people.
