I've been trying to reach customer service for the past day and a half, with no success. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I've received. My issue still isn't resolved and I haven't been able to speak to a single customer executive.
This is unacceptable. I expect better customer service from BYJU'S. I would appreciate if you could help me resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
