I booked one room on **.**.**** thru booking. com by paying rs. ****.** in Hotel Shivam Holiday Gir for *th Dec. ****.Later on *th Nov. I cancelled the booking. Till date refund not credited by booking.com . They do not want to pay back and absurd email asking many irrelevant details. Despite my ** emails, they have not so far refunded, while I am eligible for full refund.
