I have booked a hotel and property owner has cancelled in last moment so I spoke with Booking com so they told me to do a new booking and they will pay me the difference amount they have given this in mail but after mutliple follow ups there is no response

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
