I had ordered two soft silk sarees and I received two very low quality sarees, whose colour or design didn't match the picture shown on their website..
As per their return policy, I returned the package by DTDC courier at my own expense of Rs 400.
Till date, I have not received the refund, nor got a reply to my email and WhatsApp messages, nor answers to my phone calls..
