BOOKED A RETURN AIR TICKET FROM TRAVOLOOK.IN SITE ON **TH AUG ** FROM BANGALORE TO COCHIN AND BACK. IMMEDIATELY AFTER MAKING PAYMENT AND BOOKING THE FLIGHT I GOT A EMAIL AND ALSO WAS CALL BY A LADY CLAIMING TO BE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM OF TRAVOLOOK.IN CLAIMING THE BOOKING FAILED AS TEH FAIR EXPIRED AND THE AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK IN *-** WORKING DAYS. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND ONCE THEY HAVE REPLIED ON MAIL ASSURING THAT THE REFUND WOULD BE MADE IN FEW DAYS TIME BUT AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS OR MAIL. PLEASE HELP TO GET MY REFUND OF RS ****/- AS THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING.
