Stalkbuylove - Refund for cancellation

I had placed an order with stalkbuylove and the order was supposed to be delivered within * days. As it was not dispatched even after * days, I canceled it.

I also wrote to them but they have not responded yet. I paid a total amount of ****. When can I expect the refund ?
