I purchased a product from SBL, I Initiated for a return/refund because I was not satisfied with the product. SBL asked me return it via self service, so I sent the package to their address. It’s been * days they haven’t refunded me, they didn’t email any confirmation mail. Every time I’m emailing them they are sending the automated email. What is this? If they do not know how to service then why are they still in the market? Ive attaches * pics, one is the evidence that they have received the package with the date, another pic is that they haven’t refunded yet.
