- Refund for a cancelled Trip Due to coronavirus ^Open

Hello,

My Trip Was Planned From ** To **-Mar To Andaman. But I Came To Know On **-March That The Government Is Banning All Tourist Activities In Andaman From **-** Apr, The Same Was Communicated To The Owner Of Travel Agency GSK World Travel

Next-Day Morning I goa a call from Mr. Gaurav (Claiming to be Owner of the company), He Said To Me That Yes There Is Some News But Not Confirmed Yet. On the call, he said we will fight for a refund once the press release has been done by the Andaman government

This Is What The Case Is now, All Tourist Have Been Banned, then Why is GSK travels not refunding money?

After Few Days, I Receive An Email That We Will Charge You Cancellation Fees Of **k And The Rest Amount Can Be Used In The Future that too only for a trip to Andaman and the same hotels. Why is GSK charging a Cancellation Amount When The Same Has Been Canceled By The Government. Let's Say In Case I Agree On The Cancellation Charges Amount Then Why Is The Rest Amount Adjusted For The Future?
*) Why Is GSK World Travel not refunding money when tourism is banned strictly by the government?

Now When I Asked The Owner Of The Company That Do Share Me The Written Statement Of The Hotels That They Will Not Be Refunding Money, He Is Shying Away From Doing This And Just Telling Me That It Is Against The Company Policy And They Are Not Only Refunding Money And Do Whatever You Want.

I would demand a full **k refund here
