Jabong.com - Refund Due Since 10 Months

I filed a refund on **th February **** on jabong and its been ** months ever since. Jabong still didn't get my refund first they told me to wait for * days because after * days they will initiate the refund but I waited even longer around one month and then I contacted them regarding the issue they told me that I have to send my bank details to them I also did that over a dozen times and I still have no clue why my refund hasn't processed yet. I think they are playing with me, they don't want to give me my money back. I even don't know how this company is surviving without a proper customer service department. It was only **** rupees refund. I tried to contact the customer service department over the period of ** months several times, to be honest, but still, the same response from them and that was kindly share your bank information we will process shortly I really send my bank details over a dozen times. So, I want to file a complaint against them that they are fraud and I am extremely disappointed with them. If they really don't want to settle this issue with me directly all they have to do is to settle this issue in the court.
