Frankfinn Institue Of Air Hostess - Refund Denied

The Frankfinn Institute targets lower middle class people and makes money with them.

They called me for a free seminar to discuss carrier goals. Post that that they kept calling to take admission. I was also told that the course is worth * Laks but they will give me a scholarship due to which the entire course will cost me rupees ** thousand. For the same, they posed a condition that for availing the scholarship I should pay rupees **,*** immediately. They told me that it was refundable.

I somehow managed to pay the money and was initially told that the full amount refundable in case I changed my mind.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances at my household, I asked them to refund my money as I could not join the institute. They said we don’t refund. This is so unfortunate that a company claiming to be so generous initially plays double standards.

When they had to take the money they called me ** times a day. When I asked for a refund there’s no response.

I then visited their Chandigarh office and asked for my refund. They said, " ek bar paise le le hum to dete nahi wapas". After a lot of pleading and request, the person asked me to write an application for refund. I did so. First they kept delaying whenever I asked for an update. Later they said that the company has PAID ALL THAT AMOUNT AS TAXES.
I asked to show me the mail wherein my application was rejected and even the sent email, they refused to show both. I am sure they did not send my application and have been lying ever since.

I even asked for a receipt but they have been ignoring my call since forever.
