This is regarding not getting the refund after flight cancellation from Airlines side.
I booked my AirIndia flight from
Happy Easygo app for Patna to Banglore which was scheduled on *th April ****.
Somehow It got cancelled and I got one mail from airlines side that flight got cancelled.
I applied for refund through happyeasygo app and they told me they will return my money in ** days.It was too long time though I waited for it.
But did not get the refund.
Then I mailed more than ** times they were just telling we are looking into it.
They told me to provide proof that airlines have refunded the money I contacted the Air India airline and AirIndia already refunded the amount within ** days of cancellation.
I provided the proof to happyeasygo.
Again I mailed more than ** time but they are simply saying that we are looking into it.
It's been more than * month I am waiting for my refund.It was too pathatic experience for me.This agency is fraud and looting people's money.The app and website should be banned.
Please help me with this.
