I ordered a suitcase through Amazon on **/**/****. However, received a defective product as the lock of the suitcase was not functioning at all. Asked to return the product through the Amazon portal and then received a call from the courier service for the return of the item.
Received a computer-generated copy from the courier service boy, unlike any other courier service provider. Said acknowledgement copy has been updated to the Amazon customer service. However, they are not satisfied don’t know why and not willing to refund nor respond to my email.
