I had made a booking from Zoom Car ID JPS*N***U, intially booked Swift but just before a day they said that the car is not available, and they would arrange a eco sport a little far from my house and I would not have to pay any additional fee also they said they would refund the taxi fare from house to the car location at crossing republik while pickup drop off this booking was for *th July, here we are sitting on *th of August and no refund has been processed, customer care just says that the back end has been informed, but seeing the complaints against them I think these guys are absolute frauds
