This is regarding the refund amount to be paid of Rs ****.
I had paid Rs **** for the purpose of installing the camera on June **th ****.
But the technician told me the camera is not suitable for outdoor use and he told me to cancel. Hence the camera was not installed and asked for a refund of the amount. I have spoken to the support team several times for the past one month but it's not useful.
I request to refund the amount ASAP.
