I have ordered a cake from my flower app on **th May, they accepted and charged rs *** for delivery charge. Suddenly they called in the evening and said we can't delivery the cake. I asked and they said will deliver next day. I said I want same day. They replied it's not possible and will cancel and refund ur money with in a day. Now it has been ** days I didn't get my money back.
