Myflowerapp com - neither the package got delivered nor was the amount refunded

I had ordered a bouquet from the website. paid the amount however, it was never delivered. there was a helpline no. When I called, they replied in a computerized voice that "we are not available right now, try later". But when I tried calling after ** mins the number went invalid. A call came from the same number stating that they would refund the amount, but that too was never done. There is no way that I can contact them. They are fraud.
