On July ** i tried to book ticket from cleartrip by using mobikwik zip pay later, even though money of ₹ **** got deducted but transaction failed from cleartrip end. Full Money got refunded to mobikwik, instead of adjusting that money to my wallet, they simply blocked that money to next payment cycle because that money got refunded in new month. So they are forced me to pay that refunded amount by saying that the blocked money can be used by me afterwards but won't be adjusted to this billing cycle. I tried to reach the via customer care number on *th August even though i have waited for around ** minutes and ** minutes for two calls to get connected with them they didn't respond.
Now they are threatening with fine amount of more than **** as dues are not cleared before last day. This fine was calculated based on
Refund amount (****)+ earlier usage from my side (around ****)= *****(total) , which i have to clear before *th August. They included refunded amount also in fine calculation but not in adjusting to due amount.
