I have a booking done from them from Vancouver to Delhi and Delhi to Vancouver from ** April **** and * May **** return . The flight from Vancouver to Delhi got canceled , first of all they didn’t even bother to direct my email address to the airlines which was told by the Aircanada secondly they are not initiating my refund at this pandemic situation. Spoke to their customer service they are just giving a stupid answer and telling me to talk to the airlines when I got it done from them and they will get the refund of my tickets.
