We have raised a request for refrigerator replacement on **-**-****.
But after one month there is still no update.
We also submitted rs **** cheque to whirlpool field executive : sunil kumar maurya, partner name : s. K service
We also tried to call customer support but they are not responding properly.
Support is not giving proper answers and updates on the status.
We also called whirlpool field executive multiple times but he also not responding properly.
I have also mailed all the possible email id on that are mentioned on there website.

Also given multiple reminder but still no proper reply from them.
