- Refrigerator not cooling sufficiently Open

Subject: I need to file a case against LG Service regarding not taken proper action taken against my complaint.

I want to introduce myself as a customer of LG and residing in Jindal Colony, Angul Odisha. The main concerned issue with this complaint is that the above mentioned LG refrigerator when I purchased after * days I observed that the refrigerator is not cooling properly which was identified when I put one ice cream slice inside the fast freezing zone, I saw that after * day the same ice cream slice was not able to become solid it was looking like semi-liquid (Thick Slurry Type) then I realized that if I set my maximum cooling temperature using the knob even then the issue was little ok but not satisfactory and that time ambient temperature was **-**°C it means that time it was not much hot.
After observing the second time the thing was same and then I logged a complaint to Reliance Digital by telephonic and they said, they send LG Service engineer to check the problem.
However after my first complaint their service engineer Mr Ratiran came on **-March-**** & he checked the issue and report to us that there is some issue in cooling and the same he reported to his supervisor Mr Prakash Maharana, but even his supervisor not accepted his observation and again after some days he sent another service engineer Mr Aducharan Sahoo who came on **-March-**** (After ** days).
He also checked all the issues as I explained and he examined thoroughly and found that the minimum temperature of Fast Freezing Zone in my Refrigerator is -(**°C) he reports to me and his supervisor also the same.
Whereas when I asked from his supervisor that what is the minimum and maximum criteria of temperature which required in Fast Freezing Zone, he said it is in between (Minimum -** °C to Maximum -**°C) in general for all types of fridges and the same is also LG company display in their website in LG help library.
Then I asked why your observation is *°C less than the minimum required he said in some fridges it is coming like this. As my fridge temperature is not reaching at its minimum temperature so how it will freeze or cool sufficiently as everyone knows that even *°C is very important if you want to convert ice from water or vice versa. After my repeated appealing and request that please do something to reach my fridge temperature at least minimum range but their supervisor Mr Prakash Maharana refuse my request with high noise and that’s the reason for that I want to file this case against LG Service.
Note: Before also I logged a complaint in www.consumerhelpline.gov.in against the same issue but without my confirmation, LG company closed my request.
