LG Refrigerator - Refrigerator not making ng ice in 12 to 15 hours

Double door refrigerator purchased on * July **** .ice is taking ** to ** hrs to freeze .Many technician visited they said according to their machine temperature is right in refrigerator we cannot help u .They refused to change it. I am facing this problem right from the day I had purchased .Please help me.
