I had redeemed **** pnb reward points by ordering an item on **.**.**** as pnb was repeatedly sending the messages to redeem the points. It was printed on the generated receipt that 'Your merchandise will reach you in ** business days' (Receipt attached). But till date item has not been delivered. On inquiring pnb customer care has informed that the rewards program has been closed on **.**.**** but I had redeemed the points before the closing of the program and receipt also provided to me against this order. I requested several times to pnb officials via emails for delivery of the ordered item or to deposit amount against above points be compensated me by transferring the amount in my account but till date matter has not been resolved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
