I was trying to recharge my jio number through Paytm upi but due to bank server payment was failed. Frist attempt there was a repeat payment option I found so I did repeat payment then money has transfer to jio@citibank but jio said we have declined that recharge but my money transfer to there account and they are not recharge my number
