My jo fiber connection is not working since *nd april ****, however after complaining daily on myjio app the company has not resolved the problem. The technician who visited my home told me that the cable has broken somewhere and he will not repair it. I have paid for six month subscription ending **th july and my jio number is **********. Kindly look in the matter
