Airtel DTH - Recharge but not credited

I did a recharge of *** for my airtel digital tv on *th March **** but the amount has not credited to my account yet. I have been frequently calling the customer support agent and all I got a response from them we have fixed the problem and the amount will be credited in your account soon. It's been * days and the problem has not solved yet.
