I have just bought an MI A* from amazon India which advertised (Link *) get double data and unlimited calling with Rs. ***/***/*** recharges with Airtel. As I have airtel sim I purchased this model and post ** hours I did a recharge of *** while my sim was inserted in slot * of MI A*. I got another recharge benefits like insurance, wynk music and Norton antivirus etc. But I haven't got the double data benefit. Hence I contact Airtel customer care many times and even talked to * senior supervisors. They all confirm that there is not double data offer in this model (MI A*). Then I again called customer care and he affirms that I should go and do the recharge of *** in A* I will get the benefit. I told him that earlier you said that I won't get it now you says that I will get the benefit. You are misleading me and I have already recharge but didn't get the benefit hence I asked him to connect me to your senior. Then he connected me to Prince Kumar, Senior Supervisor who again said that I won't get the double benefit for model MI A*. I have recorded our talk which is attached herewith. Both senior supervisors said that I should check the website that there is not offer in MI A* and they give me address also. I said there on the website its show. They asked me to share the screenshot and email me which is attached herewith in pdf. What illiterate people all have recruited.
Then I confirm the offer details through MI India with chat they to confirm the double data associated with MI A* and airtel. But all haven't given me the benefit now for so much mental harassment and trying to cheat and give false verbal commitment. I am thinking of filing a case in consumer court. Just check the link attachment and the recorded talk and see how airtel cheat customers and how literate are they. I have forwarded this to consumer forum/court online.
