I am using airtel postpaid since *yrs and now its showing not registered on network. For this I have applied for new sim change and now through the dealers POS ev verification of my documents airtel is saying mismatch in documents. But I have given the same documents earlier also.I tried the same thing * times and also contacted Customer service, emails also but no one is even bothered to resolve this issue. ********** is the number.
