Charlette Secret - Received wrong and used product

I placed an order consisting of two items from https://charlettesecret.com/. I paid the total amount of Rs ***.** using razor pay. After a few days, I received my order which was nothing that I ordered There was no tag on the product that seemed that it used was used product. I tried sending mails to the customer care and never received any response. Now every time I visit their site I can see the following message (We've Paused All Operations in Your Region For Updating our Infrastructure For Improved Services.) There is no customer support number available so that I can contact them. Please help me to get my money back
