I ordered 'NHR Power Ranger Scooter with Sipper, Bell n Stand- Large Size' from the PaytmMall app, but they delivered a used, damaged product, and one item is missing in the package. I have raised a return request within ** minutes of time after receiving. I have raised a complaint and requested a resolution but no response from their side so far. They are delaying this due to which I am not able to use the product and loosing the warranty period. Kindly do the needful
