Paytmmall - Received fraud product

I ordered Vivo v** brand new mobile from PayTM mall app. But they delivered old damaged small Samsung product.
Customer care executives are not responding properly. There is no call support from PayTM mall app. It has been already ** days since product got delivered. No action taken from the PayTM mall people.
