I have received spoiled cat food items,the item i ordered was tuna in jelly and i received thick paste form and also smells very bad. I am not able to feed my cat at all. The agent told me to send the photo after opening it but now they are denying a refund saying it's already open. I ordered ** packets for which i received ** items only which are defective.
I demand a refund for this defective item of rs.*** since the product is spoiled and they are denying any return for it. The agent himself told me to send the photo of food and now they are saying it's open and we cannot refund or return.
This is unacceptable as the product is totally spoiled.
i demand a refund and compensate for it.rs.***/
